The military cut are long overdue, but may not bring the relief many think. The system is very complex and secretive, but this is at least a step. As an ex Marine I cannot fathom why we spend billions on stealth submarines (to combat whom? China? please) and have supply problems at a basic level. The entire system needs to be reworked.
