To be fair, intellectual property is an oxymoron, like Christian science. Magician can't pull a rabbit out of his hat without putting it in first. But I'm sure the artists will disagree, cause work sucks.

I'm no fan of Perry, but seems to me this is a smear campaign worthy of right-wingers. You can get porn darn near anywhere these days; if he invested in Amazon.com I suppose they'd be calling him a porn merchant, too? There wasn't a word about pornography on the Movie Gallery wikipedia entry when I looked at it the other day - they did a huge volume of business renting mainstream media, but people trying to capitalize on this act as if it was a porn company. Now wikipedia has an item (no doubt placed by a democratic party operative) that looks as tagged on as the happy ending version of Brazil. And since when did liberals become so blue nosed about sex? And so cozy with the American Family Association? When it's convenient, of course.
