WTF is with all the ramen places popping up all of a sudden?

2009: Year of the Doughnut, 2010: Year of the Cupcake, 2011: Year of the Noodle?

Is there any good vegetarian ramen in town? Come on, throw me a bone...

Yep. Because we need $20 bowls of ramen.

@Cat & Beard. I like Boke Bowl's vegetarian ramen. They'll have a permanent space come October.

@Cat & Bear: What Tony said. Also Mirakutei has good veg ramen, and I haven't tried it but I hear Miho Izakaya's is good (and vegan, I'm assuming Mirakutei's tempura batter has egg in it). Also when I was talking to Pierce about Wafu (albeit months ago, things may have changed) it sounded like he may have one too.
