That "note to self" is pretty goofy.

I don't read much in the DC vein outside of Fables, but the hell if I'm not checking out Justice League Dark. A ghost, a witch, a mystic, two magicians and the reality-warping Shade the Changing Man fight crime and, presumably, their own fucked-up selves, as penned by Peter Milligan. I'm eagerly awaiting that one.

The "note to self" is goofy, yes, but it's not because GL doesn't know what one is. He's telling Batman to make one. GL's just something of a prick.
