GOOD MORNING, SARAH! THAT BIKEPORTALND STORY ABOUT FRED ARMISAN IS FULL OF LIES. THE REAL REASON THAT FREDIE-BOY DOESN'T RIDE BIKES IS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE A PROPERLY FUNCTIONING COCHLEA AND HAS INNUMERABLE PROBLEMS WITH HIS BALANCE. HE'LL JUST TEETER OVER AND CRASH INSTANTLY. TRUFAX!!!

The article says highest poverty since 1993. That would be 17 years if using the 2010 census.
