THIS IS A FIGHT TO GET BETTER EQUALITY FOR THE 99%; NOT THE 99% MINUS THE EMPLOYEES OF THE 1%; NOT THE 99% MINUS THE APPARATUS OF THE STATE; NOT THE 99% MINUS THE PEOPLE YOU DON'T LIKE. SIMILAR TO HOW THE MOVEMENT WANTS SOLIDARITY FOR ITS NEEDS, THE MOVEMENT NEEDS TO SHOW SOLIDARITY WITH THE NEEDS OF THE 99%. BLOCKING BUSES AND EMERGENCY VEHICLES IS NOT SHOWING THAT TYPE OF SOLIDARITY.

Typical City of Portland spend big bucks to make a political statement. Turning that charging station on and off will cost more than 1000 kilowatts. Plus they were saving 6 kilowatts for each car not charged at that station.

It is kind of neat that parking charges are 3 times more than the electricity used to charge a vehicle.
