Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note,
or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued, shall be fined
under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

In theory, it could be a very effective campaign. In practice, I'm confused how one can make a pie chart using only 91% of the data.

I fully support this campaign. For years now, i've been marking out the word "god" on all the bills i pass, in an effort to protest this brazen violation of state and church.

It's inarguably childish and ineffective. I can't wait for the more organized iteration of #occupy. I wish the current organizers weren't such leadership-phobes/consensus-whores.
