Graham, quick, I need sales figures for the Fiat!

Seriously thoug, last time I looked outside I couldn't spit without hitting one. Are Fiat's just a Portland thing? Because I'd assume most Americans would want more efficient cars when the gas price is over $4/gl and jobs are scarce.

Also! Government incentives are only available on electric, AFAIK. It's not an efficiency specific tax incentive, it's technology specific. /rant
