This show is not as amazeballs as I was led to believe.

I mean, good for Nickelodeon but not really worth revisiting.

It may have been a good show, created by uncyncial people who smuggled in some vital things, but using the word "subversive" (four times)? Nick was a major cable network run by suits who didn't know or care what it was like to be a kid and weren't trying to be the anti-Disney. Just read about John K.'s experiences with the network. The suits wanted to make sure the shows made logical sense, had nothing gross in them, even if it was funny, etc., and who cares what the actual viewers wanted to see.
