I'm sincerely begging for someone to tell me what the photo for this post says to someone who is fashion-savvy.

Fashion is like one of those magic eye puzzles to me, and it's just intolerable that there are people "getting" this as an artistic statement when all I see is someone fleeing an attempted renn faire rape.

Or how about something that might be easier to answer?

"Where would I wear this?" is the most important criteria I use to weigh potential clothing choices.

Can you please name a venue to which one might expect wear that particular ensemble without attracting comment?
