Cabs speed constantly. When will the PPD take this shit more seriously?

I know a few Broadway cab operators. Most are very professional. Some of them however are ex bartenders, barristas, dj's etc. No experience and in some cases, shitty driving records. A friend in the company gets them in. I am not suggesting that is the case here however. But I do agree with poster #2....many of them do speed (along with other cab companies mind you)
