BUT WHERE ARE THE CITIZEN ADVISORY COUNCILS ON DUCK RAPE AND JEFFERSON SMITH'S DRIVING RECORD?!
3
Regarding the Citizen Advisory Council proposed by the Mayor and city council:

WE THE PEOPLE, have for over five years researched and investigated nationwide and was shocked to learn not one of the 19.000 + law enforcement bureaus have any procedures nor training when officers see officers start to violate state, federal laws in the use of unjustified deadly physical force.

The Director of the NAACP sent a letter to the U.S. Congress stating there are as many police bureaus in the United States as there are varied policies regarding police use of excessive force.

The hard facts are all Oregon law enforcement bureau's top officials are in strong illegal violation of Oregon State Senate Bill 111 Police Use Of Deadly Physical force with our program, Truly Reforming Law Enforcement mandated to be in full force by July 1, 2008.

The so called "Citizen" Advisory Council will not have "Private Citizens" on the council as Police Chief Reece will not allow anyone that are not now or were directly involved in policing be a part of the council. None of the council members will be permitted to discuss any information they learn or present as government is a closed secretive entity so top officials will not be held accountable.

If you really want change please contact Chief Reese and demand he start Oregon Law with the program Truly Reforming Law Enforcement or resign the day you contact his office.

Thanks in advance for your right actions to save many lives and millions of tax funds for each unjustified killing to better fund police bureaus.

Stay positive,
