a) season 6 was ridiculous and completely contradicts how they have established that time travel works.

b) amy is awful, but rory is awesome. donna was also good.

Anyone complaining that Doctor Who doesn't make sense should be reminded that the series began with an Ebenezer Scrooge lookalike fighting cavemen and then turning into Moe Howard.

The show went to hell after Steven Moffat replaced Russell T. Davies as head writer beginning in Series 5. Unfortunately, Moffat is listed by IMDB.com as the Series 7 writer, so we're in for more incomprehensibility.
