Oh yes let's pave yet another great thing in Portland and turn it into some nasty condos with no parking. HOW COULD THIS GO WRONG.

Here is a question, does this being owned by Catholic Charities mean that this whole development will be exempt from Property and Income Taxes even though it clearly has nothing to do with Religion?
