No, to the horse patrol. Savings 1.1 million and a reduction is lawsuits from abuse.
No, to fluoride chemicals in our water, savings of well over $7 million dollars and an ongoing savings of $550,000 per year!

Both are totally unnecessary. We are in a very down economy.

Having seen horses being used in crowd control in Portland, I wasn't sure who I felt sorrier for -- the coerced & frightened citizens or the tensed & frightened horses.
GET THOSE ANIMALS OFF OUR HORSES!!!
