I don't mind them driving here, I just don't want them taking jobs we will work or depressing the wages of blue-collar workers.

Immigrants? You mean Legal Immigrants, right?
Like my wife, for instance. Sure, they need and deserve to work here.
But I think you are just being ignorant and meaning all (including illegal) immigrants into our country, with still high un-employment, etc etc...
What you got against your neighbors and fellow citizens finding a decent job that pays a living wage anyway?
