"Talk about a bunch who just canโ€™t get lucky! From the executive producers of โ€œCougar Townโ€ comes a hilarious new comedy about the โ€œdoโ€™s,โ€ โ€œdonโ€™tsโ€ and โ€œduhsโ€ of dating."

Groanin' like I've never groaned before.

Whoa whoa whoa - do you have something against Cougartown??

Unlucky for Whitney Cummings though. it sounds like NBC brass liked this pilot enough to justify cancelling WHITNEY for access to Chris D'Elia. I guess I find that promising though.

OH JONESER, PLEASE DO TELL ME ALL YOUR FEELS ABOUT COUGARTOWN.

The couple of times I watched Whitney (there is no worthy excuse for that behavior, so I won't make one up) I think this guy actually bugged me more than Whitney. I think it's his giant forehead and 90's hair.

I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHETHER I'M TOO OLD OR NOT OLD ENOUGH TO ENJOY SHOWS LIKE THIS.
7
I can't do it.

Ron Funches' comedy set was funny the first time I saw it. Over the course of him being the feature act for 5 straight shows I went to I went from loving him to hating his guts. I was super relieved that he was leaving town. I could probably do half his set right now. "The proper response is: Whoop whoop" / "Oh my! Blackberries, what a delicious surprise" / Muppet Babies song / pancakes with autistic son / Getting called the n word by a car speeding by. Ugh.

Generally, when you see a comedian for five straight nights, you will most likely hear a lot of the same jokes. Maybe even the same set. Kind of an odd reason to "hate" someone. I can only imagine what the woman who orders the medium coffee from me every day thinks.

Please wait...
