That's nice. The City of Portland will continue to fund a program that nobody uses. Or does this mean that the police are going to actually start using the Crisis Center? How about scrapping the Portland Police Department, and let the Multnomah County Sheriff ticket the bums who can't pay the fines for sleeping on dog shit in the park?
