I agree with you 99%, the problem is that both victim and culprit are only allegedly so until a conviction. (This is in no way defending releasing personal information to the public as a legal tactic, especially when the accused is rich and/or famous.)

IF he is innocent, then she deserves a public berating certainly, at a minimum. His rape charge is public, and people are passing judgement on him whether or not he is found guilty.
