What about the OHA doctor who stole "No Fluoridation" signs from out in front of the Clean Water Portland office? And all the back and forth between HKHP and the OHA office regarding tactics for their campaign?

The state is of the opinion that the state was mostly correct in its behavior. That much is expected, but it lacks credibility. Also, there are other complaints and issues not noted in the article that have not been investigated so far. This chapter is yet to be closed.

Amazing! The OHA investigated itself and found that the OHA did nothing wrong! Another win for transparency and accountability!
