Yeah, I immediately recognized this as a Constant piece. It doesn't have enough embedded youtube videos to be written by WSH.

Clearly it's some sort of byline issue, and not plagiarism. Constant contributes to the Merc, so Humpy probably approved it and accidentally posted it under his own name.
