Why did she do this? Was the city really going to lose this lawsuit? How can one commissioner step into an issue like this and make agreements and promises and give away public land by herself?

Now they're looking across the river. As I've said a billion times here, the City better clarify if it is now saying that outdoor homeless camps are allowed across the City by right. I really really really don't think they want to be saying that.
