No sidewalks in Outer SE, because the lives of the working poor are cheap. By all means, more streetcars and money lavished on downtown. The current slate of city planners and the city council are morally bankrupt.
I wish they wouldn't be so self-congratulatory. Their supposed successes came by beggaring poor neighborhoods- so Portland is really a big scam at this point.
