Glad to see that Big Business is able to buy initiative processes here in Portland, just like they did in Washington state.

I would take everything Bob Salinger has to say with more than a grain of salt.
That having been said, one must question why this issue has reared its' ugly face in the first place.
You can't explain it all away with simply that it is basically sticker-shock at the price of the Big Pipe either.
