The legalization movement is leading to an over-regulated over-priced market of generic crap governed by oppressive laws that are a massive cash cow for tax coffers and traffic cops. After all the taxes and licensing fees are taken into consideration giant businesses with massive production and distribution will be the only way to turn a profit off the slim margins that are left over.
