"Camping" -- or just Bums?

Was a tent and/or sleeping bag among the possessions lost by the gentleman who died? That could worsen anybody's health.

ODOT should just start setting fire to all of its properties on a regular schedule. I am so tired of the bums who squat in my neighborhood on both public and private property leaving piles of garbage and fecal matter in their wake.

I am advocating that they burn the empty land where these people squat in their own waste to the ground, and if you think that eliminating these bums shouldn't be a priority you probably don't live near ODOT land.
