I'll vote for it as long as there is a tax on garbage disposals and air conditioners.

I'd be happy to vote for this if it would fix the random potholes I have to drive over every goddamn day. Instead it will go towards repaving streets in the Pearl and low-traffic areas in Mt Tabor where all of the city politicians live.
