Win Tickets to Temper Trap!

I think that they are as magnificent as an endless field of ice cold butterscotch daffodils on a hot summer day.
2
Because I just turned 30 and when I think about that I want to throw up all over myself. The only thing that calms the rising bile is the sweet, sweet sound of Temper Trap.

I just sat in a classroom for 6 hours discussing pathologies and blood. The ONE thing I could ever think of that would be any better than THAT would be seeing Temper Trap... Fo freeeeeee!

Haven't seen a band live since I had kids and this band might actually be worth getting a sitter for.

I deserve to win because in that photo, Dougy is just waiting for the best high five he will ever have in his life and I am known to give the best high fives. And hugs sometimes.

It'll be a gorgeous, hot, summer day and would be an awesome addition to my sunkissed face.

I should get the tickets because a friend of mine expressed her extreme despair upon realizing the tragedy that is working during her favorite band's show. She said she would take work off if I got her the tickets for free. I would give her the tickets. So, give them to me. Love.

Please. My musical tastes have recently matured. The only other concert I have been to is Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. The time is ripe.

Here are my feelings in haiku:

Temper ticket me
or my panda will be sad
Mercury Gods please

My love was lost, but now it’s found
My affections are rooted in the Temper Trap sound
They’ve taken me downriver and possessed my brain
When I hear their songs play, I nearly go insane
They say that talk don’t change a thing
But the lyrics come over me when Dougy starts to sing
They’re mastered the science of love and fear
(Can’t remember if the Roseland will serve me a beer?)
I hear the band has a pretty nice disposition
Getting these tickets would be the most rad acquisition

I deserve to win tickets to Temper Trap because my best friend of 8 years loved them even more than I did. It was the only music we listened to whenever we hung out! This past August my best friend Anna passed away in a car accident caused by a drunk driver. I couldn't believe it when I saw Temper Trap coming to Portland! Of course I could immediately thought of Anna, wishing she could be here now. But as a college student, who is desperately looking for a job, I would not have enough money in time to buy tickets. I deserve to win these tickets, for the love of Temper Trap, and in memory of Anna! I love you girl :) Thank you.
