Shall I point out the obvious? If you smoke pot outside a nosy neighbor/apartment manager/police officer can cause trouble in your life. Currently, smoking a cigarette will just get you a dirty scowl at worst.

Tobacco has a disgusting smell that lingers for a long time. It's not remotely in the same category as weed! Not that I know what weed smells like.

Agree with this post. Take your smoking outside, no matter what it is. Let's face it, nobody in Portland is going to care what you're smoking.
