I hate when people take up the whole sidewalk too or refuse to move out of the way.
This is the order of Hierarchy of the sidewalk... 1. Old/disable people Show some respect!, 2. Women w/ a bun in the oven and kids just give them some room 3. Runners they are going faster than your slow swagger so move aside.
