Having driven my (gasp) automobile throughout Portland for a couple of years, the things I noticed beg me to ask 2 questions:
1) by right-of-way, is the author referring to an actual legal precedent based on rules and pavement markings, or the Portland pedestrian mindset that at all times and under all conditions they, as not being surrounded by metal, are always in the right and everyone else should immediately yield? or
2) see 1?
Just curious
And typically when one yells obscenities out of a passing car, it's based on momentary irritation and not so much on fact - but does your appearance justify being called dykey, or was the BMW'er off base?
What the hell is Michael McDonald doing driving around the west side. Maybe HE needs to take in on back to china grove!
If I see that driver I'm going to cut him off with my freight train.
