Had me nodding my head until about halfway down, when it just got stupid. Should've stopped while you were ahead.

TACKS, NOT TAX.

MITTENS ONLY REASON FOR TALKING TO THE NAACP IS SO THAT HE CAN TELL HILLBILLIES THAT HE TRIED TO TALK TO THE DARKIES, BUT THEY JUST WOULDNT LISTEN TO THEIR OBVIOUS BETTERS.

Really? Portland loves to boast and defend people's right to get drunk? Meaning, it's something we're known for in a way that other big cities like NYC and LA aren't? Sure thing!

i agree that drunken drivers should have the book thrown at them a lot harder than it usually is, and that it is indeed a form of murder, but are we sure that the bicycle-runner-over and the poopy bum in question were sauced when they perpetrated their respective crimes?

actually, they probably were.....nevermind.

(drunken drivers should get a minimum of 3 years in jail, first offense -- the punishment we have now is obviously not enough of a deterrent for most of us sloppy bitches.....drunken poopers should be compelled to take a seminar on ethical & practical applications for moving one's bowels in a public space and be given vouchers for free anti-bacterial hand-wipes.)

Well, Let me just quote the late great Colonel Sanders . . . he said . . . I am too drunk to taste this chicken

You know what's cool? Republicans putting on the blackface when they talk. It's fresh, yo, and so funny. James O'Keefe would be proud.

This blog topic addresses another problem with today's public education in Oregon, it no longer teaches high school students how to drive when they are drunk. Would it not be more constructive to focus on teaching drinking/driving skills in school, rather than punishing those who engage in this activity?
