You actually go to the library to pick up audio cds? Good god that is creepy. Seriously, learn to torrent like any other decent human being.

hey arenit: note I,A's 3rd sentence, numbnuts.

Way to address a widespread and important issue there, anonie.

Anon needs to put a torrent client on a flash drive and get in line with the homeless porn guys. That way you can download all manner of stuff and not worry about pubed-up CDs.

While you're waiting for that pirated media to finish downloading you might as well be look for a better-paying job while you're at it. Just a suggestion.

Well, the tragedy of the commons is kind of widespread in that it's broader than this. One nice thing about the rise of digital media is you can't scratch or press boogers in a download, but then a lot of people can't afford kindles and such. Or flash drives.

I hear you can polish badly scratched cds/dvds with brasso but haven't tried it.

I miss 45 RPM singles, you could actually push your dick THROUGH THE DISC.

@richblbachelor, really? If you come to IA expecting high brow debate, you are sadly lost

1. Find $50 laptop
2. Go to coffee shop
3. ???
4. Music!!!

Also, stop bitching about first world problems and start fighting for your right to internet access. Seriously, you know your society is truly fucked when even the poors are feckless douchebags. Don't you fuckers listen to Springsteen?

Did the Mercury mistakenly post a submission from 1998?

"stop bitching about first world problems and start fighting for your right to internet access."

This is the dumbest sentence ever written. That is all.

If you have a better way for me to buff my library CDs, I'd love to hear it.

I do love this: "the latest hipster music Terry Gross has been gushing about" None of those words go together.

I will rub my pubes on whatever the fuck I want.

Please wait...
