Seriously, you can complain to the ACTUAL management. And complain. And complain again. And call the cops if there are clear signs of drug activity and/or violence or NOISE disturbances (after 10 p.m. on the last).

Of course, be aware that by doing so, you are probably placing yourself at even more risk (e.g. when even their alcohol-drug-ignorance addled neurons rapidly put together the easy riddle of WHO complained/called the cops).

Or you could move (and inform the management why on your way out). Not always an option, I know, esp. in the short-term.
