Hey I'm from Texas too, and I would take a plate of fresh sushi over a plate of monochromatic enchilada goo any day. I feel blessed to live in a city where it is easy to find healthy meals.

@ HH it is illegal to serve cow brains and nervous tissue as food. Mad cow and all. If you see it on a menu, the restaurant is breaking and/or ignorant of the law.
