I'd simply print this and leave it in his class or on his desk when nobody is around. I agree, people who insist that you call them by their title are really insecure.

I,Anon, you get a pass because you likely submitted this before today's I,Anonymous Blog Quote of the Day was published, but all future I,Anonymous submissions should be initiated with the following salutation:

Dear wise and witty lords and ladies of the fine corner of the Mercury's empire that is I,Anonymous. . .

Thank you!

Well if we're gonna be throwing around the term "lord" might as well use it completely as in Time Lord.

Some of your teachers are assholes. This does not change when you graduate from high school to college. And just wait until you enter the workforce.

I'Anon, just do your best to get great grades, and there will be lots of idiots like this in higher education. Maybe you can outsmart him by playing the game. When you are in the same position of instructor, or whatever you plan on doing with art history, you can help other students to excel. This person will never change, and is a Yale/Princeton want to be. Just remember, time will pass quickly. Good Luck!!!!

Community Colleges can have an element of surprise sometimes in a positive way.

You should begin each email "What's up, Doc?"

And attach a cartoon of a bulbous-headed rabbit hunter labeled "Elmer Ph.D."

Go on, be a wascal.
9
Well at least it's probably a PhD from a real university, as opposed to one of those phony Capella "online PhD" degrees.
10
Well aren't you a bucket full of sunshine! Why does this bother you so much? Is it because you're in community college?

Please wait...
