I also found myself, for whatever reason, longing to use the powder soap dispensers in the bathroom. Powder soap is horrible, but when I saw the dispensers I had wished they were functional.

Oh, don't get us started on the water situation! We did so much plumbing work on the building to get ANYTHING running—it's a small miracle we have toilets. The koldkist stations are make-do solution.

Also, there was surprising amount of powdered soap left in those things when we took occupancy three years ago. I guess it never really goes bad, right? After 15 years...
