The Oregon Cannabis Association and the Portland Mercury are proud to present Toke Talks, taking place this evening at the Aladdin Theater. The program kicks off at 6 pm with special keynote Congressman Earl Blumenauer, who will be followed by 14 of the finest minds in Oregon's cannabis. These talks are just 10 minutes each, and span the range from the practical to the esoteric. Growers, dispensary owners, cannabis lawyers, accountants, and more will share their unique take on the plant and its role in Oregon and beyond.
