There aren’t many of us with $200 to blow on one dinner, but if you’re looking to celebrate the (PLEASE OH GOD PLEASE) impending impeachment of our pig-in-chief, or looking to blow some cash before we are all paying in rubles, this is the way to do it.

This Sunday, Chef Jose Chesa is taking Spain’s equivalent of caviar, the Jamon Iberico de Bellota, global, with a seven course extravaganza at his Chesa restaurant.

If you don’t know about Iberico ham, it’s time: it’s pork grown under the strictest conditions by select farmers, and the results are super mouth-melty, with a flavor unlike any other ham in the world. As the ticket page puts it: “Iberico pigs must graze under Encina oak trees, because their acorns give the pigs fat a rich, creamy texture that melts in your mouth. The salt curing of the meat and the three years of aging that follows makes for a taste that lingers like a fine wine.”

That $200 gets you seven courses, beverage pairings, pre-dinner Jamon slices and the chance to hear from the grandson of Fermin Iberico, whose family has a long legacy of raising these pampered pigs. Get your tickets here.

Peep the courses after the jump. Naturally, I’m in it for that milk-fed pig from Chesa’s homeland (which is also a dish you can get Thursdays-Sundays on the regular at Chesa).
