I'm curious. What does it take to see jail time around here anyway? Bike theft, car theft, property crime, even assaults with multiple camera angles result in nothing.

Oh right. Burn a cop car will get you something. Burn a building, not so much right? Most states, arson is an automatic 10-15 yrs.
