It's gonna be a he said/she said, and who knows what justice really is here?

So.... lemme get this straight:
1. Student and instructor make sexy time off campus after doing the dishes; this behavior wasn't even against Reed College rules until very recently (2013, I believe).
2. Instructor breaks it off with the student.
3. Student then fails to complete his thesis and leaves Reed College (something which happens A LOT).
4. Student sues Reed and instructor.

I know I'm supposed to feel sorry for the student, but this just looks like business as usual at Reed College.
