GOOD MORNING, PORTLAND! My love do you ever dream of candy-coated rain drops? You're the same, my candy rain. LET'S GO TO PRESS.

President Trump once again rebuffed the CIA yesterday, saying that the organization's credible evidence that the Saudi crown prince ordered the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi was actually just "feelings."

It was a very busy day for our idiot president, who spent Thanksgiving on Twitter railing against the courts, Mexico, the CIA, and Hillary Clinton's emails... BUT! He was thankful for one thing: himself.

In case you missed it, Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts spoke up to slam Trump for his constant insults belittling the courts and judicial system.

In some very dicey comments about immigration, Hillary Clinton warned that European leaders need to get "a handle" on migrants entering their countries, because they are also opening their doors to right-wing populism. And people were like, "Ummmmm... wait a minute...."

Because they are deeply corrupt and want to hide this fact, the GOP has subpoenaed former FBI director James Comey and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch to answer questions behind closed doors about their so-called "anti-Trump bias."

A wave of investigations regarding the Catholic sex abuse scandals have swept the nation—and yet the Vatican has done very little in response.

A shooting in an Alabama mall on Thanksgiving night ended with a dead gunman, and two injured people including a 12-year-old bystander.

Oh, and move over fakers—you can bet your ass that Kelly Clarkson was at the absolutely FREEZING Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and singing LIVE.

And because I am required under federal law to mention it: BLACK FRIDAY.

IN LOCAL NEWS: Last night four blocks around PSU were shut down for an investigation involving a man who was reportedly running around and screaming, and later died in police custody. Details are still very sketchy, so stand by for further updates.

For those who are concerned about such things, there is a poorly named "Civil War" football game between the Beavers and Ducks today. Enjoy, I suppose.

Now how about some post-Thanksgiving WEATHER: A showery day in the low '50s will give way to a dry weekend.

And finally, OKAY FINE. This teaser trailer for the upcoming live-action remake of The Lion King —starring Donald Glover and Beyoncé—is pretty cool.
