I had literally JUST watched Anthony Bourdain's Taipei episode of the Layover where he eats at the original Din Tai Fung when I saw an Eater PDX post on Instagram about this. It's going to have to do, since Oregon is the only place I will be for the rest of my life.

Holy shit those green beans! I even broke my no pork rule cause fuck it-totally worth it!

It's a phenomenal restaurant. But man it sucks that they're not doing reservations anymore. It was so nice (and weird) to roll up to a DTF and be immediately seated.
