It's a little shocking when the IWW rolls out Stalinist tactics like trying to force employees into a union without a secret election.

This is fantastic. I hope this continues to spread. At some point, the employees at other places making minimum or near minimum wage will start to take notice and follow suit. This definitely seems like a good time to do it, too, when unemployment is low and allegedly businesses are having a hard time finding workers. I can say who won't have a hard time finding workers - union shops.
