I'd say good riddance to unrepentant NIMBY Fritz, but the last time we cheered the departure of a commissioner we didn't like, we got stuck with someone 10 times worse. The names that are currently being floated on activist Twitter makes me think we're going to end up with an even bigger clown car than the current makeup of the city council.
