Yes, but through what equity lens will these pedestrians be looking? Shall we only consider perceptions from those who are oppressed or the oppressors? Both? These questions must be answered, no matter the cost to the taxpayer!

I, for one, have believed for a long time that watching Netflix after 7PM, mowing your own lawn, microwaving popcorn, and building sandcastles at the beach are all bigoted acts of oppression. How, you ask? Well, we won't know until a complete and thorough study is conducted!
