You could hear the cheers throughout the city late into Friday night as our Portland Trail Blazers battled to a historic quadruple overtime victory in game three of their seven game series versus the Denver Nuggets. The roars inside the Moda Center itself were deafening and if you somehow missed it, chances are you found someone talking about it the following day. The Blazers now lead 2-1 in the series and they'll have had little rest before the next game which takes place here in Portland today at 4 pm PST. Gather your loved ones, Rip City, and catch the Blazers Fever while you can. That last game is already being hailed as "an instant classic". Watch the video below to relive some the glory:

Why is this playoff run so special, you ask? Well, should the Blazers beat the Nuggets and advance to the Western Conference Finals, it will be the first time they've done that in 19 years. But on top of that, there have been so many crazy twists and turns just to get where we are now. There was starting center Nurkic breaking his leg in what was surely the most gruesome injury ever to take place in the Moda Center. There was the weird victory in the final game of the regular season, a game the Blazers practically tried to lose. There was the shot, the Damian Lillard dagger, which launched his star even brighter on the national stage. There was Friday's game, the first quadruple overtime playoff game since 1953. And on top of that, there's poor Enes Kanter, our new starting center, who has now separated his shoulder twice as he battles the big men in the playoffs, but vows to fight on.

It's a battle, Rip City! Let's cheer on our home team as they march towards sports history today. The game will be nationally broadcast on TNT, 4pm PST.
