I wonder how much of a case the woman really has. Whenever someone spends so much time on the pity side of things it causes me to wonder if they are just trying to distract from the facts. I am sorry her husband passed away but it doesn't really seem like whether or not they decided to go to Hawaii has any bearing on this.
