How about we take $6.3 million out of the $32 million dollars we're going to throw away at the homeless issue this year? How many hundreds of millions has the city/county spent on this homeless/drug addict issue over the past decade? And yet, the problem continues to grow and grow.
So, let's eliminate PP&R employees, which will make illegal camping at parks common, and let's shudder community centers while we're at it... sounds like a grand idea!
In this quest for the perfect Liberal utopia, I want to see more illegal camps strewn about the city, more piles of stripped bike frames, more used syringes scattered around and more piles of garbage, all the while more taxpayer money thrown at the issue while we cut other services.
Abolish the police :)
