GOOD MORNING, PORTLAND! When situations never change, tomorrow looks unsure. Don't leave your destiny to chance. What are you waiting for? LET'S GO TO PRESS.

Bob Mueller's monologue yesterday repeated his assertion that Trump has committed crimes of obstruction, and only Congress can do anything about it. The question is: Will they? More and more Democrats are lining up on the "we will" side.

Naturally Trump is desperately trying to spin Mueller's damning speech saying that if he had actually committed a crime the special prosecutor would've indicted him, which of course is not true at all and directly contradicts what Mueller said, but... what did you expect a liar and criminal to do?

While Mueller noted in his speech that his office could not indict a sitting president, it's good to remember that this is just a legal advisory that has not been tested in court. LOCK HIM UP! LOCK HIM UP!

In a tweet, Trump finally admitted that Russia helped "me to get elected," before once again retreating to the lie that they didn't.

And while Mueller's speech all but said that Trump should be impeached by Congress, it was also a rebuke of Attorney General William Barr who twisted the special counsel's words and created a false narrative that Trump is innocent.

Because he is unbelievably small-minded, insecure, and petty, Trump instructed that the name on the USS John McCain be hidden from view while on his recent visit to Japan.

It's certainly bad enough that Louisiana has passed one of the most restrictive anti-abortion bills in the nation, but even worse? The Democratic governor is planning on signing it. OH HELL NO.

Meanwhile, Disney—which pumps a LOT of money into filmmaking in Georgia—is threatening to pull their business out of the state if their restrictive abortion laws are enforced.
